For Those Who Live At The Shoreline is an invitation to witness the duality of light and darkness. A place to listen to the depth of the seas, remember to breathe, and call together for the lightness of blue skies.

The title comes from the poem A Litany For Survival by Audre Lorde, and speaks to the necessity of the time and space that shaped the forces behind this performance, created in Tehran in January 2026. The poem is "for those of us who were imprinted with fear like a faint line in the centre" — and this performance is for those who find liberation in freeing themselves from fear.

Hoda and Shaahin channel ancestral vocal sounds of the mountains and lands alongside electronic sounds — layered, recursive, and slowly transforming, like tides that repeat and dissolve.
